Green tea and time of day for consuming the daily dose

Since green tea contains thein (caffeine), it is recommended to drink it during the day (morning and afternoon).

If we want to achieve the desired beneficial effect of green tea on the body, the Split Tea House recommends drinking 3-4 cups a day, up to one hour after it is prepared.
For children, pregnant and lactating women, its consumption in large quantities is not recommended, but limited: 1-2 cups per day.
