Green tea – proper preparation

In order to achieve optimal organoleptic pleasure, green tea should be prepared according to a special procedure, where the ratio of tea and water is the most important:

  1. Water temperature:
    After boiling in the kettle, the water is allowed to cool for about 5 minutes to reach the optimal temperature between 70-80 °C.
  2. Amount of green tea:
    – 1 teaspoon of green tea is added to 2.5–3 dcl of water
    – 1 tablespoon of green tea is added to 1 liter of water.

Green tea and weight loss

In addition to the endless benefits that we get in the field of health and beauty, green tea as one of the natural medicines has a key role as a weight loss aid (without dieting) because green tea is effective in speeding up metabolism, faster burning of fat (cholesterol) as well as in preventing the storage of excess fat /joke. Green tea and its ingredients are the best because they especially burn fat on the abdomen (discovered by doctors from Tufts University) because they activate enzymes in the abdomen that then burn fat faster precisely in that part of the body.

Green tea and time of day for consuming the daily dose

Given that green tea contains thein (caffeine), it is recommended to drink it during the day (morning and afternoon).

If we want to achieve the desired beneficial effect of green tea on the body, the Split Tea House recommends drinking it 3–4 cups a day, up to one hour after it is prepared.
It is not recommended for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers to consume it in large quantities, but rather limitedly: 1–2 cups a day.
