Composition:
An excellent combination of herbs and fruits composed of apple pieces, pea skins, stinging nettle, blackberry and currant leaves, mint, strawberry pieces.
Preparation:
1 teaspoon per 2.5 – 3 dcl of water.
1 L of water is 1 soup spoon.
Water temperature 100oC
Keep covered in water for 5 min.
