Composition: 
Rooibos tea enriched with mint, chamomile flower, anise, lemon grass, lemon balm, cardamom, valerian root, lavender flower, sage leaf and pieces of nutmeg.
 Preparation: 
1 teaspoon per 2.5 – 3 dcl of water. 
1 L of water is 1 soup spoon. 
Water temperature 100°C. 
Keep covered in water for 5 min.
